Removing Retailers from Promoboxx

If you would like to remove one of your retailers from Promoboxx, please read the scenarios below to determine your steps.

If you see a retailer listed that does not belong in your territory, please email rep-support@promoboxx.com with the name of the business(es) you would like removed and the name of the correct brand rep (if you know it).

If you see a retailer that is no longer in business and/or no longer sells your brand, please email rep-support@promoboxx.com with the name of the business and the reason why they should be deactivated from the system.

If you have a retailer that does not want to participate in Promoboxx, please email rep-support@promoboxx.com with the name of the business and the reason why they do not want access to Promoboxx.
