Messaging Your Retailers

Email communication can be an incredibly powerful tool to reach your retailers. The emails you send to your retailers should always have a goal, whether it's getting them to promote content or take part in a new brand initiative.To see which of your retailers you are able to message, check out the retailer network page within your reporting account.

To view and message your retailers on Promoboxx:

1. Login to Promoboxx
2. Click Retailers from the left navigation bar
3. Click the envelope option next to account to send an email right through the platform! 

Note: Depending on how your brand launches Promoboxx to its retailers (i.e.: invites the entire network or only a select group of retailers), you may see all of your accounts or only a subset of them within Promoboxx.

Once you've clicked the envelope, a new window will populate where you can create your message and send it to the retailer.
