Questions to Ask When Setting up Your Accounts on Promoboxx

Not sure what to ask your retailers before setting them up successfully on Promoboxx? Here are a few questions to ask to get them in and ready to go! 

1. Does the user have full admin access to the Facebook business page?
   1. Why is this important?
      1. The Facebook page admin needs to authorize the connection between Facebook and Promoboxx
   2. Workarounds:
      1. The user needs to get admin access to the Facebook page
      2. How to check or add a new admin to a Facebook page
2. Can the user access/log into Facebook at work?
   1. Why is this important?
      1. If the user isn't able to access Facebook on their work computer/server then they won't be able to connect it to their Promoboxx account
   2. Workarounds:
      1. Reach out to their IT department
      2. Try connecting the Facebook page from a different network
         1. Using a Hotspot
         2. At home
         3. Different wifi network
3. Does the user's internet browser have a firewall or pop up blocker?
   1. Why is this important?
      1. When connecting a Facebook page to Promoboxx, a few pop-ups need to come up during that process
   2. Signs this is happening:
      1. When you press "Authorize Facebook" nothing pops up
      2. The page has a spinning wheel saying "Connecting to Facebook"
   3. Workarounds: 
      1. Disable the firewall/pop up blocker
      2. Try an alternate browser 
4. Does the user want the brand's content to post automatically or do they want control of sharing/scheduling content?
   1. Why is this important?
      1. The user has two options when setting up to share on Facebook and Twitter
   2. Automatic Posting:
      1. This is designed to be a time-saver for busy users. By enabling automation, the platform will perform actions without having to log in and post manually
      2. How to turn on/off automation
   3. Scheduling Content:
      1. Scheduling content on Promoboxx
