Promoboxx Cheat-Sheet (FOR REPS)

For a cheat-sheet you can share with your retailers, check out our Starter Guide to Promoboxx.

Below is a cheat-sheet for your Promoboxx Rep account:

• Unreachable/Deactivated - Retailer has no valid email address, or their account has been deactivated
• Pending - Retailer has not yet signed up for Promoboxx
• Registered - Retailer has created a Promoboxx account

You can get a full list of your retailers that fall into each category by clicking on the number shown below the status

"Retailer Sign-up Link" - send this link to your retailers to grant them access to your brand on Promoboxx:

This link is best to send out only when the retailer doesn't already appear on your retailer list. If they already appear on your retailer list, it's best to send them an email invitation from inside their retailer:

"Active Campaigns" shows the Promoboxx campaigns available for your retailers:

Scroll down on your dashboard and you will see "Today's Retailer Activity", which gives you an at-a-glance look at how your retailers are interacting with Promoboxx:

The calendar on your dashboard tells you two things:

1. when a share is scheduled to go live via automation (will be posted for all your retailers with Organic Auto-Share turned on)

2. when a campaign starts/ends 

The Left-Hand menu looks like this:

"Dashboard" - returns you to your dashboard

"Campaigns" - shows you a list of your brand’s Promoboxx campaigns

"Assets" - shows what pictures, videos, and other digital assets your retailers have access to (in a retailer's account, this section is called "Downloadables". If a retailer is ever looking for pictures or videos of a specific product your brand sells, this is where they should look)

"Reporting" - tons of data on how your retailers are interacting with Promoboxx (much more detailed than the activity feed mentioned earlier).

"Retailers" - the retailers assigned to you in Promoboxx

"Calendar" - allows you to create events and invite your retailers to them

Detailed info on the "Retailers" tab:

Click to filter down your full retailer list based on certain criteria (e.g. to only display retailers with a connected Facebook page):

To save this list as a filter, which updates itself as the status of the criteria changes, click the gear icon, then click "Save as new Filter". To save this list as a collection, which stays as-is until you manually update it, click "Save All as Collection":

Removing a Retailer from your Account:

Go to your retailer list, and click the retailers name:

Click the Information tab on the lefthand side menu. Scroll down on that page until you see the "Who is your sales rep?" question under "Additional Information". Change the answer to the question to “I Don’t Know” in the dropdown menu and click “Save”:

(Note: If you would like a retailer to move from your account to another rep’s account, choose the other rep’s name instead of “I Don’t Know”)
